Farbo Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Farbo app made by Leleka Lab (“we”). By using Farbo you agree to them. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Using Farbo
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Farbo on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your content
Photos you use and pictures you create from them remain yours. They stay on your device; we do not receive or use them.
Our content
The app, its design and its built-in pictures belong to Leleka Lab or its licensors. You may share images of your finished pictures for personal purposes, but you may not resell the built-in pictures or the app.
No warranty
Farbo is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the app, including loss of saved progress.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
